Make up your mind

Many call themselves seekers. They search for a faith, the meaning of life and answer to the question what happens after death. Many feel drawn to the Christian faith and they like to listen to people talk about their faith in Jesus and the experiences they have had. Unfortunately, many of these seekers postpone their own decision to the future and tell themselves that it will probably work out somehow.

If you are a seeker then let me tell you that no one else will make a decision for you and one day it will be too late. If you do not decide to repent and put your faith in Jesus and follow Him, then you have still made a decision, not to be reconciled to God.

“So we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us. We implore you in Christ’s stead: Be reconciled to God.” 2 Corinthians‬ ‭5:20‬

I urge you now, today, to come to Jesus Christ, the Son of God. It is only through Jesus that we are reconciled to God, because Jesus took the punishment for our sins and rose from the dead.

The Bible is our faith, the meaning of life is to walk with God and serve Him and people and you can have a security in your heart that you will go to heaven after death.

‭”For He says: “In an acceptable time I have listened to you, and in the day of salvation I have helped you.” Look, now is the accepted time; look, now is the day of salvation.” 2 Corinthians‬ ‭6:2‬

You can go from seeking to being saved. Decide now, today, to turn away from the ways of sin and start following Jesus. He forgives you and wants to help you not fall into sin. Tell Jesus now that you open your heart to Him and that you want to follow Him. Put your faith in Jesus.

Read and practice the Bible and connect with other Christians.

God bless you in your decision to become a believer in and follower of Jesus. He will lead you on the right paths.
